My focus is to help you learn positive coping skills to manage anxiety, stress, loss, sadness, life transitions, improve your self-confidence, and set healthy boundaries for yourself.
I have over 30 years of counseling experience providing gentle and emotional support to clients from all walks of life as well as in various clinical settings. My passion is working with clients and focusing on their strengths using a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques to meet their specific counseling goals.
