Therapy can be a space that’s just yours—somewhere to slow down, sort through what’s on your mind, and get to know yourself more clearly. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just trying to figure out who you are and where you’re going, you don’t have to do it alone. There’s no one “right” way to be in therapy—together, we’ll find an approach that fits you and what you need right now, while keeping in mind where you want to grow.

I bring a compassionate and curious approach, and I’m not afraid to gently challenge you when it’s helpful. We might look at patterns in your relationships, habits, or thoughts to better understand what’s underneath them—and create meaningful, lasting change.

I work with college students and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD and other neurodivergent experiences, relationship stress, and questions around identity, culture, and spirituality.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step—whether it’s your first time or not. I offer a free 30-minute consultation (video or in person) so we can get to know each other and see if it feels like a good fit.
