Life is full of transitions and pivotal moments. Some exciting, some heartbreaking, all with the potential to feel overwhelming. You deserve to prioritize your health and well-being so that you can live fully and meaningfully. It can often feel challenging figuring out how to navigate major life transitions and stressors and I am here to offer support, help you feel heard and work with you to develop the skills to feel more in control of your life. I want to understand your unique experiences and values so that we can work together to identify the root of your struggles, build on your strengths and find solutions to your most pressing concerns. Whether you are struggling with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, finding your identity, feeling overwhelmed, amongst other concerns, I welcome the opportunity to talk with you to see if we are a good fit to work together or to answer any questions you may have.

In addition to having extensive experience working with adolescents and young adults, I have specialized training in women's health issues, including infertility, pregnancy and postpartum.
