I help people to heal from past trauma and hurtful experiences so that they can decrease anxiety, increase feelings of self-worth and develop authentic relationships.
Together we will address the underlying patterns and fears that are keeping you in survival-mode so that you develop the confidence and courage to move toward the life you want to live.

Feeling held back in this way is deeply painful.My job is not to fix you (because you're not broken), but to work with you to address the underlying patterns and fear. During our sessions, we may explore how unhealthy patterns and limiting self-beliefs play a role in where you are struggling. I work without judgment of your truth is, where you currently are, or where it is you’d like to go.
I integrate my background in energy psychology and training as a meditation teacher into my work. I blend trauma-informed, attachment, and somatic interventions into my work with clients.
