Hello! I’m Molly, a values-focused somatic therapist. I work with individuals who are seeking to reconnect with themselves and create lasting change. My approach is ideal for those looking to break patterns that no longer serve them, embrace a life grounded in personal meaning, and explore both the physical and emotional aspects of their experience.

Drawing from my training in Somatic Experiencing (SE), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I will work with you to understand and integrate the different parts of yourself while cultivating a deeper sense of trust, balance, and alignment with your values.
