College can feel exciting, overwhelming, lonely, and exhausting, sometimes all in the same day. I work best with students and young adults who are anxious, stuck in their thoughts, struggling with intrusive thoughts or panic, overwhelmed by ADHD, feeling depressed, or trying to navigate relationships, family stress, identity, independence, and major life changes.

My style is warm, honest, collaborative, and practical. I will not just silently nod while you try to figure everything out alone. We will talk through what is happening, build skills you can actually use, and make room for humor when it fits. You do not need to have the perfect words or know exactly what is wrong before reaching out.

I offer telehealth throughout Michigan and in-person appointments in Brighton.
