Hello! I'm Miranda, and I'm glad you’re taking the time to learn more about me and the services I provide. I practice goal-oriented, evidence-based therapy sessions in a virtual setting, which allows for flexibility and convenience in your busy life. With over 10 years of experience working with families and children, I bring a wealth of knowledge and compassion to our sessions.

I hold a Master of Social Work (MSW) and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). My specialties include anxiety, depression, grief and bereavement, somatic symptom disorder, spirituality, stress, trauma, life transitions, intimate and romantic relationships, and suicidal ideation and self-harming behaviors. I believe in the power of therapy to transform lives, and I am committed to providing a safe and supportive space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings.

In our first session, we will get to know each other and identify a goal for therapy. This initial meeting is a crucial step in building a strong therapeutic relationship, and I strive to make it a comfortable and welcoming experience. I am available for evening appointments and some weekends, ensuring that we can find a time that works best for you.

I look forward to speaking with you and embarking on this journey together. Let's work towards achieving your goals and improving your well-being.
