Xiaofeng Wang
I help young adults with difficult life transitions, identity development, anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, family discords, as well as stress related to race, gender and sexuality. I aim to support you in self discovery and guide you in navigating life challenges. I strive to create and provide a space that is compassionate, supportive and collaborative. I value working with clients from a diverse background and cultural identities. I advocate for young adults, especially those who are marginalized.
My work is person centered. I help facilitate your self exploration and acceptance, and lead you towards healing and growth. I tailor my approach towards each individual’s needs, using cognitive behavior therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, mindfulness, and strength based therapy.
It is a true privilege for me to get to know each of my clients and to witness changes and even transformations for young adults. Please feel free to reach out with questions or set up a phone consultation. I am here to listen, relate and help. You can find more information on my website at www.wangmiranda.com
