Hello and xin chào! I am a relationally-oriented Jungian depth psychotherapist with degrees from Pacifica Graduate Institute. I enjoy working with creatives, students of psychotherapy, and those dedicated to a life oriented toward meaningfulness.
I have postgraduate training from the California Institute of Integral Studies in psychedelic therapies and research and provide integration counseling of altered states of experiences (visions, but also nightly dreams). I believe we are wounded in relationships, and it is through relationships that we also heal. I often place focus on what goes on between you and I as a reflection of what goes on for you in relationships outside of our therapeutic one.
I provide telehealth sessions curated toward your specific needs. My approach is dual-prong--coping skills and processing skills.
