People seek counseling for many reasons. Regardless of your reason, it is a brave and vulnerable step to take and I’m glad you’re here. My role is to assist you in reaching the goals you have for yourself by providing safe and non-judgmental support, and helping you to exercise your own strengths, rather than to give you advice.
Until recently, I was a mental health counselor on a small college campus. I have worked with many college students on diverse issues such as depression, anxiety, loneliness, and stress, and I understand the challenges of grappling with these issues while also trying to succeed in college. Let's talk!
