Isabella Cicconi
Hi, I’m Isabella, and I’m a clinical social worker specializing in trauma.
As a social worker, I care deeply about social justice. I recognize how systems like racism, sexism, homophobia, ableism, and other forms of inequality can affect your mental health—and I’m here to support you in a way that honors your full identity and lived experience.
Starting therapy—especially when you're in college can feel scary and overwhelming. Looking for support isn’t easy but it is brave. Just being here means you’re already showing strength and self-awareness, even if it doesn’t feel that way yet.
My work is grounded in trauma-informed care, which means I understand how past experiences can shape the way we think, feel, and relate to others. I believe in supporting healing, building trust, and creating a space where you can just be yourself, without fear or shame.
Over the years, I’ve also worked with students navigating anxiety, ADHD, autism, depression, selective mutism, gender exploration, and general mental health struggles. I have deep respect for the complexity of what you might be going through—and I’ll meet you with empathy, patience, and zero judgment.
My office is a safe space for everyone, including LGBTQIA+ student. You don’t need to have all the answers. You just need to show up as you are—and we’ll go from there, together.
