Mindspace Psychotherapy LLC
Hi! My name is Nalini Prasanna and I specialize in working with adults navigating high-functioning anxiety and perfectionism, particularly when these patterns are rooted in early stress or trauma. Many of my clients appear capable, responsible, and successful on the outside, while internally feeling anxious, self-critical, or constantly “on.” You may struggle with overthinking, difficulty slowing down, or a persistent pressure to perform, even when life seems fine. Therapy offers a space to understand these patterns with compassion and develop more sustainable ways of relating to yourself—without losing your drive or sense of identity.
I offer trauma-informed, holistic therapy that supports emotional insight and nervous-system regulation. My approach is collaborative and thoughtfully paced, helping clients understand long-standing patterns, reduce anxiety and self-pressure, and build healthier, more sustainable ways of coping and living.
I offer individual, trauma-informed therapy for adults. My work integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), mindfulness-based interventions & somatic, nervous system informed approaches. Therapy is collaborative, thoughtfully paced & tailored to support anxiety, perfectionism & stress-related concerns
If you’ve been carrying anxiety or self-pressure for a long time, reaching out for support can feel unfamiliar. You don’t need to be at a breaking point to begin therapy. If you’re looking for a thoughtful, trauma-informed space to slow down and explore change, I invite you to reach out and see if we’re a good fit.
