Hi. I'm Justine, one of the therapists from Minds Moving Forward.
Do you struggle with experiences of anxiety, depression or low self-esteem? Are you feeling stuck in thoughts and behaviors that cause you distress or hold you back from living a fulfilling life? Do you feel drained, overwhelmed, or irritated by the big and small tasks of your everyday life? Do you wonder if your daily emotional struggles will ever get better? Or if you're just stuck with these feelings forever? You are not alone. Help is available to guide you on your journey toward healing and personal growth.

You deserve a space where you feel seen, heard and understood. I will guide your journey toward healing and self-discovery while embracing your strengths and growth potential. Through storytelling, connection, and curiosity, we will explore how your past shapes your present, uncovering the deeper context behind your thoughts, actions, and experiences.

Therapy with me is collaborative, reflective, and sometimes challenging. I can support you in navigating your emotions, building resilience, and fostering a deeper, more honest understanding of yourself. Healing is not linear, and no matter where you are on your journey, you don’t have to go through it alone. I will walk that journey with you.
