Hi, I'm Jay. I am one of the therapists at Minds Moving Forward, L.L.C.
Do you struggle with anxiety, depression, grief, a challenging relationship, or maybe loss of a sense of self that affects your ability to function at work, home, or school? Do you feel emotionally exhausted, frustrated, overwhelmed by what is happening in your life right now? Are you finding yourself ignoring texts and phone calls, not communicating what is on your mind, feeling like you are holding back in life, or not sticking to your word because you are avoiding conflict? Do you question when these feelings will change, when you will be able to live again?

Now more than ever, you are feeling anxious, overwhelmed and uncertain about overcoming this obstacle and moving toward healing. My role is a guide, to lead you towards the most authentic version of yourself. My job is to enrich your living experience by meeting you where you are on your journey and assisting you in discovering the various parts of you.

While working with me you will become better at listening to your mind and body. You will gain insight on how the mind functions and how to use it in a healthy way. We will work together to increase to communication skills, empower you to trust again, enhance your confidence, and lower the impact of stress on your daily experience.
