I am a therapist working with teens 13+ and older. I work with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. I do EMDR, parts work, and Brain spotting techniques. We will work on Mindfulness and strengthen your coping skills to help you heal and deal with life's struggles.
