Mindful Steps is a small private practice consisting of 2 therapists.
We have a down to earth balanced approach and do our best to engage people in distress in a calm and productive manner. Our approach is to work with clients at their own pace on the goals they want to work on focusing on taking forward moving steps in their lives.
Mindful Steps accepts adults, couples, adolescents and children aged 12 and up. We also accept clients in recovery and clients with chronic pain. Individual, family, and couples therapy is available. We can also provide supervision to newly licensed clinicians wanting peer supervision and supervision towards full licensure.
We believe it is important to find the right fit in order to feel supported enough to make progress. In order for that to happen, we feel it is important to have a broad range of experience, and so we have experience in a range of different treatment settings as well as being trained in various evidence based treatments.
