Hi! My name is Aneta. I am a board certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, specializing in integrative mental health management for children, adolescents, and youth through college age.

I am a dedicated healthcare provider with 17 years of experience in the medical field. I got my Masters of Science in Nursing degree from Rush University, Chicago, IL and a postgraduate PMHNP certificate from Johns Hopkins University. I worked as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner for the last 11 + years. During the last 8 years, I worked in school-based health centers in Seattle. I am familiar with collaborating with school staff to support students wellbeing and educational success.

My focus is helping patients achieve meaningful outcomes, reaching their full potential and improving their quality of life. I strive to provide neuroaffirming care, which is person-centered & strength based. As a compassionate and results-oriented Nurse Practitioner, I believe in a whole-person approach to mental health. I integrate evidenced-based treatments including medication management, psychotherapy, comprehensive medical evaluations, labs, complementary and alternative practices, and lifestyle recommendations to address the root causes of mental imbalance.

My approach to care is rooted in kindness, empathy, and respect for each patient's unique journey. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental, and collaborative environment where patients feel heard and empowered. Working closely with each individual, I develop personalized treatment plans that align with their unique goals and needs.

My current availability:

Tuesdays 9 AM to 5 PM (telehealth only)

Fridays 9 AM to 5 PM (in person and telehealth)

Areas of focus: ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (including ADOS -2 testing), Anxiety, Depression, OCD, Panic Disorder, PTSD, Oppositional Defiance (ODD), Parenting, Sleep Disorders, Testing and Evaluation, Stress. Ages 4-24.

I am certified as a Autism Center of Excellence Provider by the Washington State Health Care Authority.

I am originally from Poland where I obtained MA in Polish Philology (Mass Communication Studies and Education) from the University of Opole. Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner in 2012 I worked as a Registered Nurse in the NICU (Evanston, IL).

Providing child and teens mental health in Seattle, Washington (in person and telehealth). Offering ADHD evaluation and treatment, Autism evaluations, behavioral difficulties, anxiety, depression, OCD, and more.

Offering medication management, therapy, lifestyle guidance, labs to rule out other causes of mental health problems, parent training, and more.
