Let's Talk Therapy! This is an opportunity for you to improve your life to be the best version of yourself. I am assertive in my approach and my clients express that they appreciate how interactive I am in session, especially with providing tangible action items to implement in their lives.

It is is my job to help you work through and navigate life transitions, mental health concerns, relationship issues etc. by utilizing my training, experience and expertise. I have worked in a variety of diverse settings including community mental health, domestic violence agencies, private practice, and colleges.

I have had extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Trauma informed therapeutic approaches. I utilize proven practices that work to address mental health issues such as: adjustment concerns, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, impulse control, emotion dysregulation and relationship issues.
