Psychologist, PhD
Accepting clients Last Updated 29 days ago

As a clinical psychologist I am eager to work with people who are ready to figure out why they are stuck and create a clear plan to make meaningful changes in their lives. I have three areas of expertise in my work.

I help people who are feeling overwhelmed with and paralyzed by anxiety symptoms and depression symptoms reclaim their life and create more peace and happiness. I do this by partnering with clients to provide private, specialized, and personalized Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness-Based therapies for anxiety and depression.

I am passionate about working with LGBTQ+ people in therapy to create an affirming, therapeutic space for working on specific LGBTQ+ concerns or on general mental health concerns, such as anxiety or depression.

Finally, I have many years of experience helping transgender adults through the processes of developing a healthy identity as a trans person and transitioning (should that be the path chosen).

I’m in the business of transformation. Through therapy, I will join you in the process of moving from frustration, anxiety, depression, and hopelessness to having a clear plan for creating a happier and better life. Regardless of the reason you are seeking therapy, together we will build upon your strengths and teach you new ways of living so you can have the best life possible.
