My process is non-judgmental and trauma informed. I like to utilize strengths based therapy in order to empower you to tap into your internal strengths and abilities. I also incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy to work through negative thoughts and behaviors. I am also a firm believer in a holistic approach and advocate for self-care and mindfulness
