Psychologist
Accepting clients Last Updated 19 days ago

I’m a licensed clinical psychologist with over 15 years of experience helping people work through eating and body image concerns, anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, relationship struggles, and chronic health issues. Many of my clients are students navigating academic pressure, shifting identities, and major life transitions, often while feeling weighed down by self-doubt or stress. My approach is collaborative and active. I listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and share observations that can help you see things in a new light. I primarily use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which focuses on clarifying your values and building the flexibility to respond to difficult thoughts and emotions in ways that move you toward a life that feels meaningful. I also integrate DBT skills and other evidence-based tools when needed, and I often give practical strategies to try between sessions so progress feels tangible. Clients describe me as laid back, approachable, and nonjudgmental. I balance warmth and humor with persistence and creativity, and I work to create a safe space where you can be yourself, explore openly, and build resilience and confidence for your life ahead.
