Mikaela Renner
Many of the students I work with look like they’ve got it together on the outside, but underneath they’re overwhelmed, burnt out, or stuck in patterns they can’t seem to break.
Some are carrying the impact of past trauma. Others are dealing with intense emotions that feel hard to manage, or using substances as a way to cope and get through the day. Even when those strategies “work” short-term, they often create more stress, shame, or disconnection over time.
What they all have in common is this: they’re tired of just surviving and want something to actually change.
My work focuses on helping you understand what’s underneath those patterns, build real emotion regulation skills, and find healthier ways to cope that fit your life. This isn’t about judgment or quick fixes it’s about giving you practical tools and support so you can feel more in control, more grounded, and more like yourself.
If any of this resonates, you don’t have to figure it out alone. There is a way forward.
