I love my work and look forward to helping people who are looking to make their lives just a bit sunnier. We all have struggles but they don't have to weigh us down to the point where it is hard to let in joy, happiness and fulfillment. I work with clients to develop acheivable goals using my available tools as a therapist such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Gestalt Therapy and Yoga Therapy where appropriate. I see people of both sexes and all ages but seem to have developed a specialty of working with people in their 20s and 30s.
