It’s a lot, and many students tell me they feel stressed, anxious, or unsure of what they’re doing — even if they look “fine” on the outside.

I’m a therapist who works with college students dealing with stress, social anxiety, career worries, and the ups and downs of adjusting to college life.
In our sessions, you get a calm, supportive space to talk about what’s going on, sort through the noise, and learn ways to feel more grounded and confident day to day.
We’ll look at what’s getting in your way, what you want for yourself, and what small steps can help you feel better — without pressure, judgment, or complicated language. You set the pace, and we focus on what matters most to you.
Therapy can be a place to slow down, breathe, and figure out what you need to feel more like yourself again.
