Hi, I’m Michelle Von Der Heyde, a nurse practitioner and the founder of MindRefined in Miami, Florida. I specialize in mental health care and bring a unique blend of experience in hematology/oncology and psychiatry. I'm also currently a fellow in the Duke University Nurse Practitioner Entrepreneurship Program, which focuses on designing innovative, accessible healthcare solutions for diverse communities. As a university student myself, I understand the stress of juggling academic demands, personal goals, and mental well-being—so you're not alone.

I work best with students who feel overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or emotionally drained—especially those dealing with stress, trauma, grief, identity questions, or life transitions.
