Michelle Trask
When you are juggling stressors or struggling emotionally, it can affect all aspects of your life. Engaged therapeutic support can boost people’s ability to get through rough periods and pursue growth.
I combine psychodynamic understanding with a practical problem-solving approach. This means that I guide clients to better understand themselves, their lives, and the root causes of their current difficulties. At the same time, I collaborate with clients to find strategies to improve daily life. I find that this combination can help people get “unstuck.”
My office is in a peaceful spot convenient to campus.
