I'm a Massachusetts masters level licensed alcohol and drug counselor (LADC), specializing in telehealth individual counseling in an outpatient private practice. I support with counseling of substance use at any stage and mental health support. And can complete Substance use evaluations and RMV letters.
I have been working in the field of addiction for over a decade, have a masters degree, and in active recovery myself! I can support with harm reduction model to complete abstinence. I like to meet people where they are at and will support you with an individual, client-centered, treatment plan to help with your short-term and long-term goals.
I believe that addiction is a chronic treatable medical and mental condition. My approach acknowledges the biological, psychological, environmental, and spiritual dimensions of the disease and recovery process. I believe in progress, not perfection.
