Accepting New Clients! Telehealth Only. I specialize in working with LGBTQ+, individuals, couples, and their families. Regardless of what brings you to therapy, I'm here to walk with you on your journey and help you be your true authentic self. I have focused on helping adolescents and adults with issues such as trauma, anxiety, mood instability, and conflictual relationships. My clients learn to communicate and build healthy relationships, as well as build self-esteem along the way.

Over the last 10+ years, I have helped clients with issues such as anxiety, OCD, depression, trauma, sexual identity, gender identity, divorce, relationship conflict and parenting skills.

It takes courage to take the first step in asking for help and seeking therapy. I'm here to provide hope in a safe space where we can explore the best options to help you on your journey in life. Please reach out via phone or email and I will help in any way that I can.
