Life is full of challenges and everyone has them. But do you ever feel like the challenges in your life are too difficult to face alone? Does the idea of being able to move forward seem impossible or make you feel stressed, anxious, or hopeless? You should know that you are not alone, and it is my hope as a bilingual (English/Spanish) counselor to help you confront, address, and work through the complex issues that are holding you back. If you’re navigating a life change, like a job loss or recent diagnosis, then let me help you tap into your inner strength and resilience. Maybe you find yourself constantly fighting with your spouse, kids, or other family members–let’s work on some tools together to foster better relationships. Whether you are overwhelmed by trauma, expecting your first child, or coping with the loss of a loved one, I want to help provide you with the support to navigate these issues.
