It is my goal is to provide supportive, trauma informed treatment and counseling to children, adolescents and families who are struggling to manage their day-to-day lives. Their struggle may be social, emotional or behavioral and they may feel lost or out of control. Trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Attachment, Regulation and Competency Framework (ARC), I am able to develop strategies and assist with skill building to help clients find relief and to live a more satisfying and comfortable life.
