I support high-achieving young adults, first-generation women, and people who are new to therapy who often struggle with self-doubt and putting their own needs first. Many of the people I work with are hard on themselves, feel pressure to get things right, and quietly wonder if they’re enough. I also work with individuals navigating grief, major life changes, and breakups, and I have experience helping people cope with anxiety and depression. Facing big emotions and change can feel overwhelming—especially when you feel lost or alone—but you don’t have to go through it by yourself. We can take it one step at a time, together.

By exploring, understanding, and shifting the belief systems that you’ve internalized growing up, we can empower you to begin to live the life you want to live. Emotional safety is essential for vulnerability and change, this is why implementing emotional regulation skills and effective communication are so foundational to the work I share with clients.

Within my availability, I offer flexible appointments to accommodate your schedule and am in-network with several providers listed below. Please reach out via email to get started, and I'll get back to you within 24 hours. Come as you are and let's grow together!
