I work best with teens, young adults, and adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or behind while navigating anxiety, identity challenges, and major life transitions. I also support families and immigrant or first-generation clients managing cultural expectations and school or life stress. As a bilingual and bicultural therapist with over 16 years of experience in schools and community settings, I offer a calm, supportive space to build insight, confidence, and a greater sense of control in daily life.

I use practical, down-to-earth strategies and a holistic approach to help clients understand their emotions, manage stress, and build healthier habits. My style is warm, calm, and straightforward. I offer culturally responsive care, strong advocacy, and real-life tools that help you feel grounded, supported, and empowered to make lasting change.

I offer a supportive, grounding space where you can sort through what you’re feeling and learn tools that actually help in real life. You set the pace, and I walk with you as you figure things out. Life gets heavy, but you deserve someone in your corner. If this approach speaks to you, I’d be glad to be part of your process.
