Michelle Klein
I see counseling as a joint endeavor between counselor and client in which you, the client, expands on your natural strengths and learns new ways to look at and address life’s challenges. I provide counseling services in a holistic manner while keeping in mind you as an individual, your situation, your personal strengths, supports, and available resources. I am eclectic in my approach using psychotherapy interventions from trauma informed practices, experiential therapies, mindfulness based cognitive therapy, emotion focused therapy and solution focused therapy, among others. Within these interventions, responding with self acceptance and ownership instead of blame and the use of mindfulness are built upon to address desired behavior change.
