Michelle Echols
Hi, great to meet you!
I tend to work best with students who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of themselves. You might be juggling school, relationships, family expectations, or just trying to figure out who you are and where you’re headed. Maybe you’ve been dealing with stress, anxiety, low mood, or feeling like you’re “not enough,” even if things look fine on the outside.
A lot of the students I work with are thoughtful, caring people who put pressure on themselves and don’t always give themselves the same understanding they give others. Some are going through big transitions, breakups, or identity questions. Others just feel off and aren’t sure why.
If you’re looking for a space where you can be real, feel heard, and sort things out at your own pace, we’d likely be a good fit. Let's connect.
