As a former professional athlete, I understand the unique pressures that come with high expectations, both on and off the field. Now, as an LCSW, I specialize in trauma, crisis intervention, and complicated grief and bereavement, working with individuals of all ages, including athletes. My approach is rooted in a systems perspective, carefully considering each person’s unique background, relationships, and identities. I strive to create a compassionate, empowering, and deeply personal experience for all my clients.
I prioritize holding space for clients to explore their experiences and process difficult emotions while also setting practical goals focused on the aspects they want to improve. Each session is personalized to your needs, allowing us to address areas for growth and providing the support necessary to move forward with confidence.
Using Solution-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (SF-CBT), I guide clients toward healing, resilience, and growth. I specialize in supporting those navigating trauma, grief, or the pressures of athletic life, offering tools and a safe space to develop coping strategies. I'm here to help you achieve your goals and find lasting peace.
