I like to work with clients when they are grappling with developmental issues and life transitions such as adjusting to college, adulthood, mid or older life. Rather than pathologizing behaviors or emotions, I like to help clients figure out what their thoughts, actions and feelings are trying to help them discover about themselves. Together, through a collaborative process, we'll help you thrive and live your best life!
