I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, serving Rhode Island and Massachusetts, with over 10 years of experience across a variety of mental health settings ranging from hospitals to schools to outpatient clinics. My passion is therapy, and I'm always interested in helping you navigate life’s stress and unlock the best version of yourself. I specialize in treating adults experiencing depression, anxiety, men’s issues, compassion fatigue, and major life transitions.
My work is rooted in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing. My education includes a Bachelor’s in Social Work from Providence College and a Master's in Social Work from Rhode Island College.
