Licensed Mental Health Counselor, LMHC
Last Updated 30+ days ago

Hello! I am a licensed mental health counselor who takes a validating and collaborative approach to help address the struggles and life experiences which bring you to therapy. I have experience in treating mood disorders, anxiety, substance use disorders, trauma, and major life adjustments in a variety of settings including outpatient, educational, outreach, and residential. I source the majority of my treatment from evidence-based frameworks including CBT, DBT, and ERP therapy while always prioritizing the therapeutic relationship as the foundation to any meaningful work.
I welcome and invite you to take these next steps towards the road of reflection, progression, and growth. As intimidating as this might seem, it can always help to have a therapist’s support along the way. If it feels like I might be a sound fit for your journey, please reach out to me today via phone or email (preferable) to schedule a free consultation. Looking forward to meeting you!
