I work with college students and young adults navigating anxiety, OCD, and questions of identity, including the impact of religious background and belief systems.

Many of the students I work with are managing anxiety, intrusive thoughts, or periods of uncertainty about identity, direction, and relationships. Some are also in the process of questioning or stepping away from religious backgrounds, which can bring up guilt, fear, or confusion about how to move forward.

I also work with OCD and anxiety, including intrusive thoughts, compulsive patterns, and persistent doubt. Many students are unsure whether what they’re experiencing is anxiety or OCD, and benefit from a clearer understanding of these patterns and how to respond to them.

In addition, I support students navigating identity development, including gender and sexual identity, in a way that prioritizes clarity, communication, and maintaining meaningful relationships.

With over 18 years of clinical experience, my approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and focused on helping students better understand how their mind works so they can respond to stress, uncertainty, and internal pressure more effectively.

I offer telehealth sessions and am available to work with students seeking ongoing therapy or continuity of care beyond campus counseling services.
