Hi, I’m Michael, and I’m glad you're here! You might be starting college, moving out, breaking up, figuring out who you are, or just freaking out because change is hard. If that’s you—welcome. You're not broken, You’re just in transition. I work with clients who are navigating the messiness of change: new identities, new relationships, new environments—and all the anxiety, confusion, and overthinking that comes with it. My goal? To help you feel less lost, more grounded, and a little more “you” every session. Therapy with me is human, warm, and real. You get to show up as yourself—hoodie, coffee, existential questions and all.
You don’t have to have it all figured out (Do any of us?). Are you having an identity crisis during lunch? Crying over a parking ticket and your ex? I help clients survive the emotional rollercoaster that is being a person. No toxic positivity. No “just breathe.” Just real support, real tools, and a therapist who gets it.
Life transitions don’t come with a "How-to" Manuel. One minute you're thriving, the next you're crying in your car eating Taco Bell. Been there. If you’re overwhelmed, stuck, or just need a place to vent and regroup, I’m here. Let’s figure it out together.
