Michael Dolan is a down to earth, insightful and client centered therapist who brings practical wisdom and a calm presence to his work with adults and adolescents. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Michael helps individuals navigate life’s stressors with more clarity, emotional resilience and self awareness.

Michael has a Master’s degree in Counseling and has worked with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief and relationship issues. He is particularly passionate about working with men and teens, providing a safe space for them to talk openly about their emotional experiences without fear of judgment or stigma.

Using evidence based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing and strength based strategies Michael helps clients identify patterns, challenge limiting beliefs and develop healthier ways of thinking and coping. His approach is collaborative and goal oriented, helping clients take meaningful steps towards personal growth.

Clients appreciate Michael’s calm demeanor, practical wisdom and genuine respect for each person’s story. He believes healing begins when people feel heard, accepted and supported and he’s committed to helping his clients build the life they want with intention and purpose.

Outside of the therapy room Michael enjoys time with family, outdoor adventures and lifelong learning.
