For many, college is the best of times..the newfound freedom to discover who you are and where you’re going in your career and your relationships and the sense of all that’s possible.

But, for others, it’s also the worst.

Why? Because this is also a time of existential crises.

New freedoms bring up so many questions:

Is this really the relationship or career I want to pursue?

If this is such a great time in my life, why do I feel so anxious, stressed, or depressed?

Why can’t I regularly tap into the motivation I want to do all the things I’ve always wanted to do?

Imagine how it feels… the waves constantly coming at you.

You personally have to navigate these situations, because you’re the only one with all the answers.

But it feels scary and shameful that you don’t have the foggiest clue of what you’re doing.

And shouldn’t you already know by now??

Not at all! Truth is, college is a much more difficult time than most people acknowledge.

But hard times can also be opportunities… for you to discover more fully who you are and how to embrace this ‘not-knowing.’

Our work together will help you learn how to make sense of all these different feelings, and cultivate the creativity needed to make something interesting and new out of all those questions.

Instead of being pummeled by the waves, you can actually surf them!

Instead of getting pulled in by the undertow, the barrage of self-critical and anxious thoughts that keep you up at night, I’ll help you learn how to approach these without fear and harness them so you can find your answers.

Let’s get started!

If you’re excited about putting aside the worry and the stress and finding your energy and direction again, call or email me so we can get started.

College can be that great time you’d always hoped it would be.
