For those in the Missoula Area - At Nature in mind, I offer therapy outdoors! Time outdoors has been proven to reduce mental health issues such as anxiety, decrease stress and increase attention and focus (and this is all before any therapeutic intervention). Get away from the grind and immerse yourself in beautiful surroundings. These sessions take place a short distance outside Missoula in Clinton.
For those outside of the Missoula area - I offer telehealth sessions and bring in similar therapeutic techniques as I do in my outdoor sessions.
