Licensed Mental Health Counselor, LMHC, LPC
Accepting clients Last Updated 8 days ago

I am looking to work with anyone who finds themselves feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain and is seeking meaningful change in their life. They may be struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, or simply a sense that something isn’t quite right. Some carry pain from the past; others are navigating present stressors or trying to build a more fulfilling future.
My role is not to direct but to empower—offering insight, tools, and perspective while respecting each client’s pace and voice. Above all, I aim to foster a therapeutic relationship that promotes safety, hope, and meaningful change.
I am committed to creating a safe, respectful, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, valued, and understood. I approach each individual with empathy, authenticity, and cultural sensitivity, recognizing that healing begins with a relationship rooted in compassion and integrity.
