Marie Doe
I work with couples, families, and individuals to get back in touch with their authentic self and be in alignment with their values, and have more fulfilling relationships with themselves and others. I work with folks who have experienced relational trauma who often struggle in relationships and can feel overwhelmed with their experiences and emotions. I believe that everyone has the capacity for healing and deserves a fulfilling joyful life. I am passionate about working with anybody who has adoption as part of their story, as well as families, couples and individuals who are part of blended, expansive or step families.
I believe that therapy can offer a safe container to process emotions around past hurt and shame as well as the many joys in life. I create this by offering a warm, relational environment where all the parts of you are welcome with curiosity and compassion. I utilize an eclectic approach and welcome feedback, so you feel centered in the process.
It can be overwhelming and scary to begin this process, I appreciate the courage you have for beginning. Finding a therapist that is good fit is so important, if you feel like I could support you in your journey of healing and growth please reach out for a consultation and let's see if we're a good fit.
