Accepting clients Last Updated 10 days ago

Welcome! My name is Gelissa Bultron, LMHC, NCC and I have been a clinician for about 5 years. Often times when we are in a new challenging environment it can bring up feelings of inferority, self-doubt, insecurites, frustration and anxiety. We might have thoughts like, "I don't belong here", "I can't do this" or "I must conform in order to fit in". This expereince may cause us to isolate, avoid ourselves and others, or overindulge in negative coping skills. Whether you have the awareness and your ready for a change or you are still struggling, you are not alone and I am here to help.
I utilize a mindfulness based approach to help my clients establish healthy connections with themselves and others, courageously approach difficult emotions, and encourages self-compassionate practices. Life situations can often feel chaotic but the beauty of stillness is that you don't have to look so far. Send me an email for a 15 minute consulation and mention that you got my information from thrivingcampus.com
