My approach is person-centered and strength-based, meaning I meet you where you are and work collaboratively to build on your unique strengths. I draw from evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing to support your goals and foster lasting change.
I bring experience working with adults facing a range of challenges, including trauma, PTSD, substance use disorders, depression, and anxiety. I am a culturally aware clinician who values and respects the diverse identities and lived experiences my clients bring into the therapy space.
