Life gets crazy, and sometimes we just need a safe space where we can speak from the heart. I'm here to hold that space with you and meet you wherever you are in life. I also specialize in supporting people who are struggling with anxiety, OCD, and depression. Over time, my clients begin to feel more empowered to lead with their values rather than their fears. As a second-generation Asian American, I also bring a culturally informed perspective to therapy.

To me, therapy is when we practice being lovingly honest with ourselves about our deepest thoughts, feelings, wants, and needs. It can be tough at times—letting go of what’s kept us feeling safe means stepping into the unknown. But it’s also a rewarding journey that helps us live more authentically, in tune with who we are and what matters most.

Whether you’re looking for a safe, supportive space or seeking to change your relationship with anxiety, OCD, or depression, I’m here to walk alongside you. You may not feel like you’re ready, but I believe you already have what it takes to begin this journey!
