My approach to therapy is strengths based and collaborative. Therapy will be a place for you to learn more about yourself and how to move your life in a valued direction. I am neurodiversity affirming, LGBTQIA affirming, and culturally responsive. Treatment will draw on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques rooted in goal-oriented strategies and interventions.
I can provide you with paperwork for reimbursement from your insurance company if you are seeking out-of-network sessions.
