I work best with young adults, 18+. I specialize in working with individuals to overcome difficulties with anxiety, low self-esteem, maternal mental health (pre- and postpartum), women's issues, grief/loss, life transitions, and interpersonal relationships.
I prioritize making a safe space for my clients, as I understand this is an important first step in empowering clients to overcome their obstacles.
