As a counselor I work with adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, dissociation, self-harm, ADHD, identity exploration, personality development, grief and loss, and relational issues. Through effective coping mechanisms, challenging negative thought patterns, and fostering resilience, our collaborative journey will be focused on restoring your sense of well-being.
My approach to counseling is LGBTQ+, non-monogamous, and kink- affirming. It is important that my clients can be their true selves in relationship with me and others.
